Dr. Candace Brown is the founder, owner, and lead provider at Fresh Dentistry. Hailing from Dallas, TX, she first started exploring her interest in dentistry when she was in early high school. A proud entrepreneur and dental professional, she has learned to trust in her own talents and expertise to take her far.
At the office, Dr. Brown uses her sense of humor to help patients laugh and feel more at home. With her positive vibes and love of people, she enjoys working closely and building trusting relationships with each individual in her care.
Dr. Brown went to school at Baylor University, earning her Bachelor of Science in family and consumer sciences. After that, she went on to the Baylor College of Dentistry where she received her doctorate in dental surgery. During this time, she was an active member and president of the Student National Dental Association and was awarded the Community Dentistry and Dental Public Health Award from the American Association of Public Health Dentistry.
Outside of work, Dr. Brown enjoys catching up on her sleep, reading, and spending time with her two-year-old son.

I had been looking for a dentist preferably black. Dr. Candace Brown exceeded my expectations. I was on a time constraint and her quick service didn’t lack detail. The overall environment was welcoming and clean. I definitely love their Spotify play list. The ladies in the front office were very kind and patient with me, as I had a ton of questions. They made sure I understood everything. I am pleased with my decision to give this office a try. I will definitely refer my friends and family to the Fresh Dentistry team. My experience with Fresh Dentistry was pleasant experience. The staff is very pleasant and understanding. They make you feel comfortable. Dr. Brown made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions and concerns leaving no gray areas. My technician explained all of the procedures before starting, and answered any questions I might have. The staff also answered all of my questions about my insurance so that I understood what to expect when paying my portion of copay. I would recommend Fresh Dentistry to my family and friends or anyone looking for a new private dentist.
Dr. Brown is a great dentist and the staff is very courteous and attentive. I actually look forward to going to the dentist.
