Bone grafts are generally performed after a tooth extraction to reinforce the jawbone. Within this timeframe, it's crucial to follow a good oral care routine with brushing and flossing, plus any additional products suggested by Dr. Brown. She may prescribe antibiotics or pain medication for any discomfort and inflammation after the bone graft.
