Contact UsWhat Are Dentures?
When you're dealing with significant tooth loss, detachable or fixed dentures may be the ideal option for you. These helpful restorations can make it more comfortable to speak and bite into food with confidence and will renew the appearance of your mouth following tooth loss. At Fresh Dentistry, Dr. Candace Brown offers full and partial dentures, which can be either removable or held in place by dental implants. Full-arch dentures replace every one of the teeth in the upper arch, lower arch, or both while partial dentures are utilized when some of the real teeth still remain intact in the jawbone. Our dental team in Cedar Hill, TX can help you discover if removable or implant-held dentures are suitable for your needs and have them carefully made to provide a nice appearance and secure fit. Arrange your restoration assessment with Dr. Brown soon.
What Can I Expect During My Denture Treatment?
Before starting the denture process, we will first need to extract any remaining teeth and allow 6 – 8 weeks for the gums and jaw to heal. In the meantime, we may provide you with immediate (temporary) dentures to allow you to eat and speak comfortably. Once your mouth is healed and ready, our team will take impressions of the top and lower arches. These impressions will be sent to our partner lab, which will craft your customized dentures. Full and partial dentures are made with lightweight resin, which may be supported by a metal framework. Made of high-grade biocompatible materials, dentures are meant to replicate the look of your natural teeth and gumline. Once your restorations are finished and arrive at Fresh Dentistry, we will have you check in for a fitting. Dr. Brown will alter your restorations so they fit securely or connect them to previously positioned titanium implants. A member of our team will also go over the proper steps for cleaning and maintaining your dentures.

Exceptional service, from the office staff to the dentist. Everyone was so welcoming and caring. I loved this dental team and the clean facility.
Great experience with cleaning and checkup. Rosey very personable and Dr. Brown is friendly but straight forward with what is needed to getting a healthy mouth and good looking smile.
My family and I are new patients here and our experience has been stellar! My 5 year old has had a not so positive relationship with the dentist until he came here. He was relaxed, happy and I loved the patience, care and how they informed him of what they were doing the entire way! My husband and I also had an amazing experience from the front desk, to the nurses, to the hygienist, right on up to Dr. Brown!!! You feel the care, expertise and love for your teeth from the time you walk in the doors! 10/10 recommend!

This service-oriented mindset is evident throughout the entire practice. Every staff member—from the assistants to the hygienists and fellow dentists—shows the same dedication to excellent patient care. Even the front office team mirrors this commitment. I truly appreciate the consistent, top-notch care I receive here.
