Our Team

In-office: Coming to work is never a drag for Marlene Gonzalez. As a registered dental assistant with the Fresh Dentistry team since 2013, Marlene arrives at the office eager to help others, assist her peers, and put a smile on each patient’s face.

Born in Chihuahua, Mexico and raised in Dallas, TX, Marlene is aware that the world is filled with different perspectives and believes that these differences make us unique individuals. Marlene pulls from an array of life experiences and dental training to treat each patient with the kindness and care they need.

Off the clock: When she’s not working with patients, Marlene spends her weekends with her family — especially her kids’ baseball games — and seizes the opportunity to spend time outdoors.

In-office: She’s the first face patients see when they walk through Fresh Dentistry’s doors so Aurelia Carson knows the importance of greeting everyone with a smile and a welcoming attitude. As front desk manager, Aurelia enjoys interacting with people and growing longstanding relationships with patients.

Born and raised in Waxahachie, TX, Aurelia grew up being very interested in dentistry and always wanted to be involved in the dental field. Now with Fresh Dentistry, Aurelia finds joy in fostering connections with patients, providing answers to important questions, and making someone’s day.

Off the clock: Away from Fresh Dentistry, Aurelia spends her weekends shopping, watching movies, and enjoying homeownership with her husband of 20+ years and their loving family.

In-office: Ayanna is a friendly face who enjoys working at Fresh Dentistry for the care and happiness of patients. She feels fulfilled watching a patient’s confidence blossom over the course of their treatments and takes pride in getting to make their day.

Originally from a small town on the south side of Dallas, Ayanna graduated from Lancaster High School and went on to attend both Richland Community College and Blinn College for a time before returning home. Though Ayanna didn’t originally see herself working in dentistry, she grew to love the field while holding her current position and appreciates the Fresh Dentistry family for her continued growth.

Off the clock: During her time away from the office, Ayanna likes going out to try new foods and drinks to enjoy. When she’s home, she’s more than likely watching a good movie and having a little junk food on the side.

In-office: Angela Rodriguez discovered her passion for dentistry in 2009 after an unexpected end to a job as a titling clerk. After accepting a position as a receptionist and quickly transitioning to the role of dental assistant, her love for dentistry grew into a desire to become a dentist.

A Dallas native, Angela is currently enrolled at the University of Texas at Arlington and is proud to be the first person in her family to attend college. This devotion to her goals, along with her continued professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to connect with her peers, make Angela a valued member of the Fresh Dentistry team.

Off the clock: When she’s not at the office, Angela is spending her weekends with her family, reading a book, or creating arts and crafts.

In-office: The dental field wasn’t always something she thought to pursue, but once Rosandra Lopez began working as an assistant in 2007, she realized how much she loved dentistry. A native of Gunter, TX, Rosandra decided to advance her career in-state by attending dental hygiene school at Concord Career College in Dallas, TX.

When patients see Rosandra, her goal is to ensure that patients don’t leave in fear of coming back. Rosandra also takes care to ensure her patients are well-informed and educated about their oral health and its standing. Patient comfort, care, and happiness ultimately make Rosandra happiest while at the office.

Off the clock: Separate from time spent at the office, Rosandra spends her weekends with her husband and two kids, visiting her parents, and shopping for her heart’s desires.
